Job summary

Exceptional Dental is seeking a dependable Maintenance & Grounds Person to care for the building, grounds, equipment, and surrounding property in Bethel Park, PA. The role involves routine inspections, basic repairs, winter prep, and safe, clean maintenance.

You will handle snow and ice removal, perform general upkeep, assist with projects, and work up to 25–30 hours per week. Valid driver's license and ability to operate basic tools are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshoot problems.
• Must possess electrical, carpentry, and plumbing skills and have tools on hand.
• Experience operating snowplows or snow removal equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of the building and property.
• Complete minor repairs and general maintenance.
• Execute carpentry, plumbing, painting, drywall, and related repairs.
• Replace light fixtures, bulbs, filters, and maintenance items.
• Assist with winter preparation and snow/ice removal.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies.
• Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal cleanup.
