Job summary

Great Lakes Bay Health Centers is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform comprehensive building and equipment upkeep across multiple properties. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor renovations, grounds care, and safe operation of company vehicles and dental/medical equipment.

You will coordinate with the Safety Team to maintain compliance and safety standards, while managing supplies and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to ensure safe, efficient facility operations.
• Support space utilization, renovations, and upkeep of buildings and spaces.
• Maintain grounds and landscaping across GLBHC properties; operate related equipment.
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain dental and related medical equipment.
• Collaborate with Safety Team to ensure safe, compliant facilities.
• Procure materials and enter data into the finance system.
• Operate company vehicles and ensure OSHA/compliance standards.
