Job summary

EverTrue in Allentown, PA, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform non-routine and semi-skilled duties maintaining buildings and equipment in our community.

You will complete work orders in a CMMS, inspect and repair equipment, assist with snow removal, and follow safety, infection control, and life safety procedures. This role includes on-call duties, weekend work as needed, and requires good communication, mechanical aptitude, and a valid drivers license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school preferable.
• Experience with maintenance operations and tools.
• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders in CMMS to repair or install equipment.
• Maintain equipment through testing, lubrication, cleaning and reporting malfunctions.
• Maintain appearance of buildings and grounds; snow removal and salting.
• Safely use hand and power tools following procedures.
• Assist in life safety inspections and drills.
• Follow infection control procedures and PPE guidelines.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report hazards to supervisor.
• On-call duties as scheduled.
