Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper / Punch Technician to maintain interior and exterior spaces for our communities. You will perform routine tasks, respond to resident requests, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained living environments.

The role requires basic repair skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1-3 years previous maintenance experience desired preferably in a similar facility.
• HVAC, EPA and/or CPO certifications preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff at all times.
• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and mechanical systems as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and entry permissions as required.
• Keep maintenance items in a safe area to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping and other tasks.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
