Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a Groundskeeper / Punch Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance duties for our residential communities. You will help with interior and exterior upkeep, equipment repairs, and respond to residents' service requests to keep facilities safe and welcoming.

The role requires basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical skills, plus a readiness to work days, evenings, and weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and mechanical systems.
• Available to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Must communicate clearly, provide good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance as scheduled or requested.
• Maintain community equipment and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Respond to repair requests and certify safety as needed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and vendors as required.
• Ensure resident privacy and safety when entering apartments.
