Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months in maintenance experience preferred.
• 6 months snow removal experience preferred.
• 6 months general maintenance knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to preserve community facilities.
• Maintain grounds, streets, and amenities to Sun Communities standards.
• Drive to job sites and operate community vehicles as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report maintenance issues to the manager.
