Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors in West Covina, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. You will handle home and facility repairs, groundskeeping, and safety inspections, ensuring clean, inviting spaces for residents.

Responsibilities include operating tools and equipment, basic plumbing/electrical tasks, snow removal where applicable, and reporting issues to the manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months maintenance experience preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs to homes and facilities.
• Maintain grounds and ensure curb appeal.
• Inspect irrigation and adjust as needed.
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery.
• Assist with snow removal where applicable.
• Report issues to the site manager.
