Job summary

Kittle-Property-Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Limestone Crossing. The role oversees daily maintenance, grounds care, and supervision of staff to ensure curb appeal and resident comfort.

You will manage preventative tasks, coordinate with contractors, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience; HVAC/EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance or supervisory experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and interpret basic instructions and simple correspondence.
• Basic math; ability to calculate rates, ratios and percentages.
• Basic computer skills; MS Outlook experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses and keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform unit turn maintenance and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain landscaping, trees, and lawns; assist with snow removal.
• Supervise contractors and maintain tools, equipment, and parts.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
• Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units and at the site.
