Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and interpret basic instructions.
• Basic math and reasoning skills; MS Outlook familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance expenses to keep them below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Perform turnover and maintenance of vacant units.
• Complete all maintenance requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Conduct preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping and snow removal.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Maintain records of maintenance performed in all units.
• Provide emergency resident support after office hours.
