Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate in New York to help keep our senior living campuses safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and families.

You will perform routine maintenance, work with a team, and complete work orders via a mobile app. The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, weekend/holiday availability, and strong organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the general maintenance field.
• Experience with Grounds maintenance.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and on call rotation.
• Able to complete work orders using a mobile App.
• Highly organized and a team player.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and grounds to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Collaborate with maintenance team to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with residents.
