Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a maintenance associate to help maintain safe and welcoming environments for residents and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance, respond to work orders, and work with a team to uphold high standards of care. The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, ability to work weekends/holidays, strong communication, reliability, and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
