Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep our senior living campuses safe, welcoming, and well maintained. With 2+ years in general maintenance and grounds work, you will tackle work orders, assist with on-site projects, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service to residents.

This on-site role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance or related fields.
• Experience with grounds maintenance.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation.
• Able to work interdependently and as part of a team.
• Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and highly organized.
• Strong communication skills for resident interaction.
• Proficient at completing work orders using a mobile app.
