Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support our senior living campuses. You will perform maintenance tasks, complete work orders, and help maintain safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.

We value reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Some HVAC/electrical/plumbing experience is a plus, with weekend and holiday coverage required.

Formación

• 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated work ethic, reliability and communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize and complete tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance tasks to keep residents' environments safe and comfortable.
• Complete and close work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist residents and collaborate with team to address issues.
• Support basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing needs as needed.
