Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a maintenance associate to join our team.

In this role, you will perform planned and reactive maintenance to ensure safe, comfortable living spaces for residents, while building meaningful relationships with residents and staff. We value reliability, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage work orders in a fast-paced environment; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience withHVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
