Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Maintenance Associate to help provide safe, comfortable living spaces for residents. You will respond to work orders, perform routine maintenance tasks, and collaborate with the team to support daily operations.

Candidates should have 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, be able to work weekends and holidays, and communicate clearly.

• 2 years' experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Able to complete work orders.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and repair work as assigned.
• Respond to and complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the property.
