Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a Maintenance Associate to join our team in San Jose, CA. You will perform maintenance tasks, communicate effectively with residents and staff, and help ensure a safe, inviting living environment for our residents.

We value reliability, organization, and a willingness to learn new skills while contributing to a supportive community for seniors. This full-time role includes comprehensive benefits and the chance to grow within a well-established company.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Interested in learning and growing your skill set
• Must have reliable transportation
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
