Watermark Retirement Communities is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate to join our California team. If you enjoy working with seniors and take pride in reliability, this role offers the chance to deliver outstanding service to residents while expanding your maintenance skills in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Requirements include 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and some HVAC, electrical and plumbing

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
