Job summary

Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across our housing communities, ensuring safe, attractive living environments and excellent service for residents and staff.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, turnovers, and preventive maintenance, and participate in budgeting and vendor contracts. A High School diploma and EPA 608 certification are preferred; strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

Minimum three years as a maintenance technician or related supervisory experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Extensive knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment repair, and painting.
EPA 608 Technician Certification- Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment).
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to innovate and excel.
Strong organization and follow-up skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations and supervise department staff.
Address resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Oversee apartment turnovers, repairs, renovations, painting, and cleaning of vacant units.
Assist budget planning and ensure service contracts are in place and renewed annually.
Respond to emergencies and provide training to associates.
