Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations and staff at our community. The role focuses on service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination to uphold property standards and safety.

You will work with the Community Manager to ensure efficient and compliant maintenance across units and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certification, and basic computer skills, with HVAC knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.
• Able to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure scheduling.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance across the site.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs and records.
• Assist with inspections of units and common areas.
