BH Management, LLC is seeking a Service Manager I to coordinate the maintenance team across our Mesa properties. You will prepare work schedules, assign tasks, supervise repairs, and ensure work product meets BH standards while prioritizing safety and resident comfort.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on maintenance expertise, inventory control, budget awareness, and the ability to partner with Property Managers to keep communities safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Up to 299 units in one community.
• Advanced computer skills and industry-specific technology.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Required certifications: EPA Core, Type I, Type II HVAC, CPI (Pool Operator).
• Must provide own industry hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Schedule maintenance staff and communicate assignments.
• Oversee safety training and property safety audits.
• Perform daily property and grounds inspections for maintenance needs.
• Ensure repairs and renovations meet company standards.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and budgeting.
• Manage tools and on-call responsibilities.
