Job summary

Mechanical-Dynamics- in the United States, Ohio, Euclid is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety and infrastructure across the site. You will manage telecommunications, utilities, building systems, and external contractors; ensure compliance with government regs, EH&S standards, and cost control while coordinating renovations.

The role requires 5+ years in facilities management, strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, plus proficiency in IT

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications, heat, electricity, plumbing etc. and refurbishments and ensure they are well maintained.
• Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
• Responsible for handling facility emergencies as they arise.
• Manage the maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
• Supervise all facilities staff and external contractors performing equipment & facilities maintenance.
• Control activities such as parking, waste disposal, building security etc.
• Handle service contracts including company leased and owned vehicles.
• Keep financial and non-financial records.
