Job description

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage relationships with external service providers including cleaning, security, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.
