TSP talent is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial property portfolio.

You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate with external vendors, and manage work orders and asset records using CMMS. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, tenant satisfaction, and opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce downtime.

Budgeting support and capital planning experience are a plus.

Assistant Maintenance Manager supporting day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety equipment).
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate with vendors to deliver safe, reliable repairs.
• Manage and track work orders and maintain accurate asset and service records using CMMS tools.
• Respond to service requests, prioritize repairs to reduce downtime, and support tenant satisfaction.
• Help ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Assist with budgeting and capital planning and identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
