Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Leader for the Braselton, GA Distribution Center. You will oversee a team including a supervisor and 20 maintenance staff across two shifts, managing facilities, equipment, and preventive maintenance programs.

The role emphasizes building improvements, vendor management, safety compliance, and collaboration with operations and DC systems to optimize performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead employees in a multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of DC equipment and facilities; coordinate with outside vendors.
• Manage CMMS inventory, asset management and preventive maintenance schedule.
• Lead and develop maintenance team including supervisor and technicians.
• Drive department performance and ensure safety compliance.
• Collaborate with operations leadership and DC systems; coordinate capital expenditure projects.
