Job summary

Carters Inc. is hiring for a maintenance leader at the Braselton, GA Distribution Center.

The role oversees the maintenance department, facilities, grounds and infrastructure across 1.1 million sq ft, supervising at least 1 maintenance supervisor and 20 non-exempt staff across two shifts with some night/weekend hours. The position emphasizes analytics, PM projects, vendor management, and capital expenditure support, while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and effective collaboration with

Qualifications

3-5 years of maintenance experience.
3-5 years leadership experience in an industrial setting.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for multi-shift environment.
Bachelor’s degree or technical degree preferred.
Strong time management, organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
Experience with maintenance equipment, conveyors, and PM programs.
Knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee repair and maintenance of DC equipment and facilities.
Manage CMMS inventory, assets and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with external vendors for lift equipment, HVAC, grounds, etc.
Ensure staffing levels meet maintenance demands and comply with safety standards.
Monitor regulatory compliance for maintenance operations.
Lead PM projects and capital expenditure activities for buildings and equipment.
Collaborate with operations leadership across shifts on priorities.
