Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Maintenance and Facilities for the Braselton, GA distribution center. This role oversees the maintenance department, facilities, grounds and infrastructure, leading a team across two shifts and coordinating with external vendors.

3–5 years of maintenance experience.
3–5 years leadership experience in an industrial setting.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead employees in a multi-shift environment.
Working knowledge of maintenance processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee the maintenance department, facilities, grounds and infrastructure across two shifts.
Manage CMMS inventory, asset management and preventive maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with external vendors and landlords for repairs and capital projects.
Ensure staffing levels meet maintenance demand and compliance with safety policies.
Lead and develop maintenance staff, including supervision of technicians and custodians.
