Job summary

Carter’s Inc. in Braselton, GA, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team in its 1.1 million sq ft distribution center. The role oversees maintenance across two shifts, supports capital projects, and partners with Senior Engineering/ Maintenance leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

You will manage PM programs, vendor relationships, and asset management while driving safety, efficiency and reliability in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years leadership experience in industrial setting.
• Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
• Lead employees across multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of DC equipment and facilities.
• Manage CMMS inventory and preventive maintenance schedule.
