Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking an on-site Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor for our Braselton, GA distribution center. You will lead a night-shift team of technicians and custodians, ensuring safe, reliable facility operations and efficient maintenance execution.

You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate staffing across the shift while collaborating with Operations to minimize downtime and support business growth.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in a technical field and 5+ years of maintenance experience in automated environments.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with conveyor, sortation, automated material handling, and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the evening/night-shift Maintenance and Facilities team.
• Maintain equipment reliability and preventive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping for direct reports.
• Manage maintenance projects and collaborate with Operations.
