Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent written and verbal communication between colleagues and RDC management.
• Ability to plan and organize work and time, analyze data, follow policies and procedures, basic math skills.
• Must pass a functional capacity test.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance and sanitation activities for ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection and equipment.
• Directs and evaluates staff, coaches performance, and ensures safety compliance.
• Plans staffing and schedule adjustments to meet operational needs and budget.
• Coordinates with internal departments and outside contractors for timely completion of tasks.
• Ensures adherence to safety rules and loss prevention practices.
