Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Four years of maintenance supervisory experience; ammonia refrigeration preferred.
• Electrical knowledge required; energy management knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory training program completion required.
• Certification on material handling equipment required or ability to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for ammonia refrigeration and related systems.
• Monitor preventive maintenance logs and checklists as required/scheduled.
• Schedule and monitor work of outside contractors as needed.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety programs to industry standards and compliance.
• Plan and manage staffing levels to align labor resources with needs.
• Coordinate with operations to maintain efficient workflows.
