Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee two Baltimore area facilities. You will lead a skilled team responsible for ammonia refrigeration, MHE, and building systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and peak operational performance.

The role blends hands-on technical work with leadership, CAPEX budgeting, and a strong safety culture. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with some on-call duties and a focus on continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimally 4 years in industrial ammonia refrigeration maintenance in logistics, cold storage, or manufacturing.
• Leadership: strong experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Technical: advanced hands-on knowledge of ammonia refrigeration, CO2, Freon, and related controls.
• Financial: experience in CAPEX planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Problem-solving: ability to troubleshoot complex refrigeration systems and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and develop a medium to large team of technicians, ensuring optimal performance and skill development.
• Ammonia Refrigeration System Oversight: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize industrial refrigeration systems, including ammonia, CO2, and Freon equipment, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• CAPEX & Budgeting: Develop and manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) and maintenance budgets to support operational efficiency.
• Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Implement and refine maintenance programs to maximize uptime and system reliability of refrigeration assets.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to PSM/RMP, OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards, maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a strong safety culture.
