Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Refrigeration and Facilities Supervisor in Anacortes, WA to oversee the ammonia refrigeration department and related mechanical systems. You will lead technicians, manage preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, compliant operation across facility utilities.

This role requires strong leadership, knowledge of PSM/RMP and OSHA standards, and hands-on troubleshooting in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance/repair of industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of refrigeration technicians.
• Prioritize and monitor PM, repair, and installation work.
• Ensure equipment and systems meet standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote compliance with PSM, RMP, OSHA and safety policies.
• Provide training and guidance to refrigeration staff.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure safe, correct work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
