Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for refrigeration, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, and sanitation to ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

You will plan maintenance, coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and drive preventive programs using CMMS. Strong leadership, problem solving, and safety focus are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of supervisory maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a maintenance team in a food processing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled systems, electrical troubleshooting, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance procedures for refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection, and warehouse equipment.
• Monitor maintenance logs and work orders; schedule and oversee outside contractors as needed.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards; ensure safety and sanitation compliance.
• Plan staffing, coordinate with departments, and manage budget to support efficient operations.
