Job summary

Trident Seafoods in Anacortes, WA is seeking a Refrigeration and Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily ammonia refrigeration and utility systems, leading a team of technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation and regulatory compliance.

You will schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate contractors, maintain accurate records, and provide coaching to staff while supporting continuous improvement and safety initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial ammonia refrigeration systems in a manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environment.
• Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience that can include leading projects/programs or coordinating the work of others.
• Preferred: Associate degree or technical培训 in Industrial Refrigeration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of refrigeration technicians for safe operation of ammonia systems.
• Schedules preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations to minimize downtime.
• Ensures equipment and related systems are maintained per standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promotes compliance with PSM, RMP, OSHA, and safety policies.
• Conducts inspections to identify issues and ensure reliable performance.
• Provides coaching and training to refrigeration personnel.
