Job summary

Caturus Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Manager, Maintenance to lead the site Maintenance Execution organization, delivering safe, disciplined CMMS-based maintenance from commissioning through first gas into steady-state operation.

The role is the senior owner of the Maintenance Execution lane and also owns the Maintenance Commissioning Readiness Plan—ensuring readiness for first gas and handover into long-term care, with RAM targets and O&M philosophy alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or related engineering.
• Significant maintenance-management experience in LNG, gas processing, petrochemical, refining, or power.
• Experience with commissioning, start-up, or major project handover.

Responsibilities

• Safe & disciplined execution of routine maintenance across mechanical, rotating, electrical, I&E/analyzer disciplines.
• Convert approved technical content into CMMS job plans, intervals, and work orders; manage backlog and schedules.
• Ensure asset data integrity: hierarchy, PM loading, BOM linkage, and failure history.
