Job summary

A leading energy company in Louisiana is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee coordination with maintenance contractors. This role requires over 10 years of experience in LNG or petrochemical facilities, strong leadership skills, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will lead various maintenance projects and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. A technical degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of maintenance work experience in Oil and Gas, LNG or petrochemical facilities.
• At least three (3) years at a supervisory level.
• Experience developing contracts scope of works for maintenance services.
• Turnaround planning experience is a plus.
• Must maintain a TWIC card in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance support services contractors and ensure adherence to business controls.
• Participate in the development of support services maintenance systems and procedures.
• Manage contractor performances and budget expenditures.
• Lead development of required maintenance budget.
