Job summary

Clean Energy seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities at its LNG facility. You will ensure reliability, safety, and availability of plant equipment while driving preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

You will provide hands‑on technical leadership to the maintenance team, oversee planning and scheduling, manage contractors, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and EHS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive industrial maintenance experience, preferably LNG/RNG or continuous‑process environments.
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership or management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls equipment failures.
• Coordinate PM schedules, spare-parts inventory, and CMMS documentation.
• Develop maintenance budgets, forecasts, and vendor negotiations.
