Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in maintenance repairs, engineering and reliability activities.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
• Detailed understanding of equipment and overall plant manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with environmental, safety, and health procedures.
• Understanding of mechanical and instrument equipment and their maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance execution team and oversee work quality.
• Manage maintenance operations work orders and ensure effective execution.
• Accountable for execution of major and minor plant turnarounds.
• Optimize maintenance execution practices for cost-effective results.
• Communicate daily with Facility Managers and Shift Supervisors on work priorities.
