Limelight Hotels is hiring a Maintenance Engineer II for Limelight Mammoth. The role handles maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

The position requires a High School Diploma and 4 years of mechanical experience with HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications. Compensation is $26.50–$28.00 hourly, with Full-Time benefits and a year-round schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years’ experience in mechanical fields with HVAC/electrical/plumbing certifications.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for guest rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, and exterior areas.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
• Promptly respond to guest room calls and ensure work orders are tracked and completed.
• Help plan and coordinate projects during the off season.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA/GHS compliance.
• Identify process improvements and report safety hazards.
