Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One in Denver is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to handle general maintenance for rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will report to the Director of Engineering, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour based on budget and experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 2 years of mechanical experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and guest comfort. Applications open through Oct 11, 2026.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical repairs, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Patch, spackle and paint walls as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest room calls with courtesy.
• Track, complete and prioritize work orders.
• Plan and coordinate projects during off-season.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA/GHS standards.
