Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to respond to and complete general maintenance requests for rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, and exterior areas. This role reports to the Director of Engineering. The pay range is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour, with actual pay depending on budget and experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and basic industry terminology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for room calls, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, and exterior areas.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
• Promptly and courteously respond to guest room calls.
• Ensure work orders are tracked, completed, and prioritized.
• Help plan and coordinate projects during the off season.
• Perform safety inspections and report hazards.
