Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I for our Denver property. This role focuses on responding to and completing maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, and building systems, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

The position is full-time and paid hourly with a pay range of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with actual pay based on experience and budget. Applications close on a stated deadline.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for all hotel areas.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
• Promptly respond to guest room calls.
• Track, complete, and prioritize work orders.
