Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho, seeks a Maintenance Engineer I to respond to general maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Reports to the Director of Engineering; pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour and is tied to budget and experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of mechanical field experience (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) preferred.
Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, and exterior areas.
Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
Promptly respond to guest room calls.
Ensure work orders are tracked, completed, and prioritized.
Help plan and coordinate projects during the off season.
Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA/GHS compliance.
