Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of mechanical field experience (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing) preferred.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete all general maintenance requests for rooms, public areas, meeting rooms, back of house, and exterior areas.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls.
• Promptly respond to guest room calls.
• Ensure work orders are tracked, completed, and prioritized.
• Help plan and coordinate projects during the off season.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure OSHA/GHS compliance.
