Limelight Ketchum is seeking a Maintenance Engineer I to handle general maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and offers a pay rate of $21.00–$25.00 per hour, with budget considerations guiding actual compensation.

The position requires a high school diploma and 2 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. OSHA/GHS safety knowledge and strong time-management skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years’ experience in mechanical fields such as HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA/GHS basics is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to and complete general maintenance requests for rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Tape, spackle, and paint walls as needed.
• Promptly respond to guest room calls and track work orders.
• Help plan projects during off-season and ensure safety inspections are conducted.
