Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience with industrial equipment.
• 1–3 years of equipment maintenance experience, especially with conveyors.
• Able to travel to support additional sites and train staff.
• Willingness for off-hours support and flexible schedule.
• Pass drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility systems, including conveyors and control systems (e.g., motors, belts, scanners, VFDs).
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components like photo eyes, solenoids, air valves, and motors.
• Supervise and train Facilities employees in the distribution center, ensuring safe and efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, vendor support, and staff to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and execute training programs for maintenance personnel and distribution center staff.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate HAZMAT records.
• Respond to operational inquiries and resolve facility-related issues quickly and professionally.
