Job summary

LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Drive associate in Columbus, OH. The role involves maintaining clean, safe locations, performing light repairs, sign installation, and general upkeep of garages and surface lots.

You will interact with customers, coordinate with teams, and help ensure premier service. The position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of the garage and surface lots – sweeping, emptying trash cans, installing/removing signs, changing light bulbs, painting.
• Assist with snow removal and winter upkeep where applicable.
• Operate garage floor sweeper and scrubber to keep floors clean and safe.
• Complete daily maintenance checklist efficiently and timely.
• Assist customers via intercom, in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office.
• Promote good customer relations with a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Spirit of the Position:

The Maintenance Drive positionis responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and operational locations. Duties include

equipment repairs, sign installation, lighting repairs, changing trash cans, etc. Interface with customers, provide effective communication between departments, co-workers, customers, and clients.

What does a day in the life of a LAZ Garage Maintenance Drive look like?

• Responsible for general maintenance of the garage and surface lots – sweeping, emptying trash cans, installing/removing signs, changing light bulbs, painting etc.
• Assist with snow removal and management of winter upkeep (managing sidewalks and garages) if applicable.
• May need to operate garage/floor sweeper and scrubber to ensure floors are clean and safe.
• Responsible for ensuring all daily duties on maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and timely.
• Assist customers as needed over intercom system, in lobbies, lanes, and in the parking office.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned
