Job summary

Precision Castparts is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher/Administrator to support our Maintenance Department by entering, assigning, tracking, and closing Work Orders (WOs). You will coordinate daily maintenance workflow and assist with scheduling, ensuring accurate records and clear communication across production and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years in administrative, dispatching, maintenance support, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with CMMS systems (Fiix, MP2, SAP PM, eMaint, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, enter, and maintain Work Orders (WOs) in the CMMS or maintenance tracking system.
• Assign Work Orders to appropriate maintenance personnel based on skill, urgency, and availability.
• Track progress of WOs and follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion.
• Close completed Work Orders with accurate labor hours, parts usage, and maintenance notes.
• Maintain and audit records for tool calibration, tool repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Escalate critical maintenance issues to leadership when necessary.
