Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Dispatcher/Inventory Clerk to efficiently dispatch calls to technicians and perform basic office duties for the engineering department. You will receive and store inventory, maintain records, and coordinate incoming and outgoing packages at the site.

The role emphasizes inventory control, shift log maintenance, and coordination of deliveries, with opportunities to support unit inspections and daily operations on site.

• Radio Dispatch skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receives, records and tracks all inventory, mail and supplies that arrives or leaves the site.
• Ensures all guest or department packages are delivered and recorded to the appropriate recipient.
• Maintains inventory control system as directed by company standards DOPS.
• Stores and stocks inventory in supply room, ensuring all standards are followed for checking out of inventory or supplies.
• Loads and unloads deliveries.
• Assist with unit inspections.
