Job summary

Foundry Commercial seeks a Maintenance Director to support the Executive Director in maintaining and operating the physical aspects of the Community. You will organize, direct, and supervise the maintenance program to meet residents’ needs in compliance with Company policies and procedures.

The role requires leadership of maintenance personnel, budget oversight, and coordination with contractors, while ensuring adherence to life safety codes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, apartment complex, or similar background.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Must pass criminal background screening.
• Drug-free workplace; adherence to Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, motivate, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Schedule maintenance staff including weekends and emergencies.
• Oversee payroll-related tasks and time-keeping records.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget.
