Job summary

The position requires 2+ years in maintenance-related roles, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC, and a valid driver’s license. Salary and benefits align with market standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance-related experience in senior living, hospitality, apartment complex, or similar background.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems.
• Must pass background screening and maintain valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, manage, motivate, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
• Schedule maintenance staff including weekends and emergencies.
• Oversee time-keeping, payroll and new-hire paperwork.
• Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate safety committee and ensure compliance with life safety codes.
